Everyone I’d like to introduce you to Cedar Point.. Cedar Point.. meet every one on Wonderday.ca! Now, some of you out there in la la land have only been to 1 theme park. I really don’t have anything against Canada’s Wonderland, BUT I do have a problem with some of you claiming that it is…um.. awesome? I for one can’t take this anymore! It is my goal to enlighten you on what a real theme park, a real roller coaster should be. So I proudly introduce to you C3. Coasters, Chaos and Cedar Point! The event will take place September 15th and September 16th 2007, so you all have plenty of time to book the weekend off from work, tell all your family that you can’t attend such and such dinner and get your ass down to Sandusky Ohio with the rest of us. Over the next few weeks, I will be posting all about Cedar Point and the many, many many amazing roller coasters that they have. In fact, they even have quite a few thrill rides as well. In closing, if my mom can handle the rides at Cedar Point.. can you?
To start things off, here is a quick, ‘get you excited’ video that you should watch. Brandon and Carly, I expect something as awesome.. nay… awesome-er than this video from the both of you when we come back. Yes, I am flat out challenging you to make a kick ass video.
Below are a few photos of the park as a whole to get you a feeling for what you should and will be looking towards! So if you havn’t already told someone that you are coming, then hurry up! The full listing of what you should expect in terms of a dollar amount will be coming soon. It should be the usual – gas, hotel for a night (split 4 ways), your food, your ticket for 2 days(hopefully), alcohol and money that you bet between yourselves of whom will chicken out on the Millennium Force or the Top Thrill Dragster. Don’t know of these rides? They each respectively climb 300 and 400ft straight up. Stay tuned for all the videos and facts about these giants.
The only question now is, Are You Ready?

Cedar Point Facts:
The park boasts an unheard of 17, yes, 17 roller coasters (more than any other park in the world)! With a lineup that includes three of the top 10 steel roller coasters in the world, Cedar Point is a coaster lover’s dream come true.
Cedar Point is a 364 acre (1.5 km²) amusement park located in Sandusky, Ohio, USA on a narrow peninsula jutting into Lake Erie. It is one of the world’s largest amusement parks (by ride count) with 69 rides and currently holds the world record for most roller coasters with 17, one of them being the world’s second tallest and second fastest roller coaster, Top Thrill Dragster. The park also has a mile-long white sand beach, two water parks (Soak City and Castaway Bay), two marinas[1], several hotels, and “Challenge Park” featuring attractions such as go-karts and miniature golf. Known as “America’s Roller Coast”, Cedar Point has been voted “Best Amusement Park in the World” by Amusement Today for the past nine years.
The park opened in 1870 and is the second oldest amusement park in North America after Lake Compounce. Cedar Point is the flagship park for Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (which is headquartered at the park) and, along with Valleyfair, was one of the original parks in the company.
Cedar Point’s normal operating season runs daily from early May through Labor Day, then for eight weekends following Labor Day.
