* Prostate Cancer Canada is the only national foundation dedicated to the elimination of this disease through research, education, support and awareness.

* The threat of prostate cancer for men is far greater than is commonly known. During his lifetime, 1 in 6 men will be diagnosed with the disease, and this is expected to rise to 1 in 4 within a decade.

* We believe that to win this battle, a focused national approach in the fight against prostate cancer is needed.

* In areas such as support, prevention and early detection, we will involve men, women and young people, making them all more aware of the impact of this disease.

BBL10 will be taking place at CTU Toronto in 2010. Are you Black, White or Baby Blue?

Tickets are now on sale for CupcakeCampTO!

CupcakeCampTO will be held on Sunday May 2nd from 2 – 5pm at 52McCaul. Early bird tickets are $10 and once they’re gone, tickets will be $15. Keep in mind that all net proceeds will be donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank! We’ve also given you the option to donate if you’re unable to attend.

Bakers – there is 2 step registration process, so please click here to get the ball rolling. Early bird baker registration is $5 and once those spots are filled, it’s $10. We require that you bring 4 dozen cupcakes (minis preferred).

We are selling tickets ahead of time to give us a better idea of how many people will be attending and to help alleviate some of the chaos of the original CupcakeCampTO. Those of you who were there will know what we mean :)

Tickets are a little more than last year for a couple of reasons:

1) We want to raise as much money as possible for The Daily Bread Food Bank!

2) Unfortunately there are costs associated with putting on a CupcakeCamp and in order to benefit the Daily Bread Food Bank, our ticket prices had to increase.

While we’re gorging on cupcakes, we can feel good knowing that we’re also helping others!
