The owner of an RV dealership sued by Taylor Lautner over a customized vehicle challenged the ” Twilight ” star Monday to use his muscles instead of his lawyers to resolve the case.

Brent McMahon, who owns McMahon’s RV in Irvine, Calif., offered to compete in a push-up contest to settle the breach of contract lawsuit that Lautner filed Aug. 23 claiming the dealership failed to deliver a $300,000 RV on time for use as a dressing room on the set of the actor’s latest film.

McMahon and his attorney denied wrongdoing and said they will vigorously defend the case in court if Lautner, 18, doesn’t accept the challenge.

The dealership said Lautner’s camp had sought a $40,000 settlement to resolve the case, leading to the unorthodox proposal by McMahon. The 47-year-old businessman said if he won the contest, he would donate the settlement money to Children’s Hospital of Orange County .

Lautner’s attorney Robert Barta declined comment, citing the pending lawsuit.

Lautner’s lawsuit claimed McMahon’s failed to complete the customized RV on time, and it needed additional work after it was delivered.

It was unclear what upgrades Lautner sought. McMahon said the vehicle was given a custom paint job.

A fuming Hal Steinbrenner informed Yankee Stadium executives that Lady Gaga is permanently banned from the team’s clubhouse after her boozy antics — including swigging whiskey and repeatedly fondling her boobs — during a visit to the house that Ruth built Friday night, sources told The Post.

The songstress and two girlfriends sauntered their way into the Bombers’ clubhouse — without team approval — and hung out for 30 minutes after the team lost to the Mets.

She met six players — including Alex Rodriguez and Robinson Cano — while the “Poker Face” singer kept slurring her words trying to say how much she loved the Yankees and how thrilled she was to be inside the exclusive area, sources said.

Lady Gaga’s booze-swilling and breast-feeling were too much for Boss Jr. Hal Steinbrenner, sources said yesterday.

Gaga, drinking Jameson Irish Whiskey, was wearing a Yankees jersey half-unbuttoned, exposing her black bra, fishnet stockings and a bikini bottom.

But apparently she didn’t think that was enough to catch the players’ eyes, so she kept groping her chest over her jersey.

If the British tabs are to be believed, splitting with his Canadian girlfriend is the reason England’s goalie dropped the ball at the World Cup.

The papers are pointing to Elizabeth Minett, a leggy Toronto-area model as a possible reason for goalie Robert Green fumbling a routine catch that allowed the U.S. to tie the match on Saturday.

Minett is a 23-year-old lingerie model who was involved with Green, but split with the goalie before the World Cup.

U.K. tabloid The Daily Mirror says Green is “apparently devastated” after parting ways with Minett.

The paper does, however, quote Green’s agent saying the split has not affected the goalie’s focus on the game.

According to the Daily Mail, the pair met two years ago when Green’s English Premier League team, West Ham United, was in Toronto playing in the 2008 Major League Soccer all-star game.

The paper says the couple lived together in a London apartment until about a month ago, when the relationship ended, leaving Green apparently down in the dumps.

Earlier, Minett had told a British paper she was going to cheer Green on in South Africa, and even had plans to speak to him in French so the couple could have some privacy.

Green has since apologized for his blunder saying the fumble made him even more determined to play again “to right the wrong.”

Minett, who graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in economics, currently works for Elite Model Management.

In addition to modelling, the blonde, five-foot-10 Minett has starred in pop videos for U.S. pop star Hilary Duff.

As expected, Summit Entertainment confirmed last night that it will release Breaking Dawn, the final installment of The Twilight Saga, in two parts. Production will start this fall with the first movie set to release Nov. 18, 2011; no date was announced for the second film. Bill Condon will direct both movies, and Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart, Billy Burke, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Jackson Rathbone, Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene, and Kellan Lutz will all reprise their roles. Breaking Dawn is a movie adaptation of the fourth book in Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series. The third movie, Eclipse, releases June 30.
